Bob Fairchild—Parawa
District Council of Yankalilla
Long-time Parawa resident and dairy farmer Bob Fairchild gave an interesting talk, recalling where he grew up in Dairy Flat Road, Torrens Vale. His parents had moved there in 1940 and Bob went to the Torrens Vale School when he was about 10 or 12 years old, establishing himself in Parawa in his adult years.
